Subtitle Long Image · iPhone + iPad
Choose a video or screen recording, collect subtitle frames from a selected time range, and combine them beneath a cover frame. The original subtitle lettering stays in the picture.
Automatic or manual
Manual selection, editing, and export are free. Automatic subtitle recognition requires Pro and runs on your device.
Import a video and select a time range. The first frame is the default cover; change it if needed, then mark the subtitle region before recognition.
Recognize subtitles only within the selected region, or add frames manually. Add missed frames and open the long image preview to delete unwanted subtitle strips. Frames stay in video time order.
Review the cover and subtitle strips, adjust the shared crop if needed, and save or share the JPEG photo.
OCR reads only the subtitle region you select and avoids consecutive duplicates. It can miss short or unusual subtitles, so you can add a frame yourself or delete an extra one. Recognition does not recreate or correct the text in the picture.
The cover stays independent from the subtitle frames. By default, it keeps only the area above the subtitle region; you can also choose to keep the bottom. Adjust the full-width subtitle region once to apply it to every frame. The output places subtitle strips beneath the cover in chronological order.
