Audio / Video Trim · iPhone + iPad

Trim the part you do not need.

Use ClipFlow to remove the beginning, end, both edges, or a section from the middle of a video. Create a new video by default, or choose Audio Only when a video has sound to export the trimmed audio without its picture.

Four ways to remove time

How to trim a video on iPhone with ClipFlow.

The same workspace handles a late start, an early ending, unwanted time at both edges, or a mistake in the middle.

Step 1

Open Audio / Video Trim

Choose Audio / Video Trim in ClipFlow, or share a compatible video from Photos or Files into the app.

Step 2

Select what to remove

Pick Remove Head, Remove Tail, Remove Head & Tail, or Remove Middle, then place the time handles precisely.

Step 3

Choose the output

Leave Audio Only off for a video result. If the video has sound, turn it on to export only the retained audio, then preview and create.

Edge trimming and middle removal

Use an edge mode when recording began before the action or continued after it finished. Remove Middle is useful for a pause, mistake, or interruption between two sections you want to keep; ClipFlow places the retained sections together in the output.

Trimming changes the running time rather than the frame composition. With Audio Only off, the result is a new video and its source audio remains with the retained sections. When a source video has sound and Audio Only is on, ClipFlow creates an audio file without the video picture. Core trimming is processed on your device and does not require ClipFlow Pro.
