How to add a video mask on iPhone.
Use one mask to crop the visible video into a word, symbol, or simple geometric form.
Choose the mask
Edit the text or replace it with a rectangle, ellipse, heart, diamond, star, Apple logo, or triangle. A video uses one mask at a time.
Place and finish it
Move and resize the mask, adjust the background color and opacity, and keep it for the full video or one selected range. A custom range can use an optional end transition.
Text and shape controls
A text mask can use another font or size, with bold, italic, underline, and strikethrough options. Shape masks can be repositioned and resized directly in the preview.
Background color, opacity, and timing
The background starts as opaque black. Choose another solid color from the quick palette or open the full color picker, then adjust its opacity. Video Mask does not use gradients. The mask applies to the whole video by default, or you can choose one shorter range and optionally transition back to the complete original frame as that range ends.
Drag the mask to place it. ClipFlow renders the result on your device, keeps source audio when available, and leaves the original file unchanged. Video Mask requires ClipFlow Pro.
