How to add multiple music tracks to a video on iPhone.

Add Music includes a music library with categories, favorites, and offline downloads, alongside existing files and generated speech history.

Step 1

Add the soundtracks

Choose one video, tap the plus button, then add audio from Files, a video from Photos or Files, or generated speech history. Repeat to add more tracks.

Step 2

Build the mix

Set each track's volume, place short tracks within the video, and choose whether to keep or replace the video's original sound.

Step 3

Export with sound

Preview the complete balance and create one video whose audio contains the configured layers.

Layer, blend, and position

Use several music files, prepared narration, ambience, or audio taken from videos in the same mix. Each track has its own volume. Audio shorter than the video plays once at the position you set by default. Turn on looping to repeat it throughout the video. When audio is longer than the video, choose the excerpt to use.

The original video sound can be removed or retained at its own volume. Add Music can also receive an audio result from Text to Speech, Audio / Video Trim, Speed Control, or Audio Effects through Add Music. Core mixing and video export run on your device.
