Voiceover / Mix · iPhone + iPad

Mix imported narration, music, and original video sound.

Bring an existing voiceover audio file into a video, optionally add background music, and balance every layer separately. ClipFlow combines the configured tracks into one finished video.

Three layers, clear controls

How to add an imported voiceover to video on iPhone.

Voiceover / Mix imports existing audio; it does not record with the microphone inside ClipFlow.

Step 1

Choose the audio layers

Select one video and import narration, background music, or both. At least one added audio file is required.

Step 2

Set volume and fill

Adjust original, narration, and music volumes independently. Let each added track loop or stop when its file ends.

Step 3

Preview the full mix

Listen for speech clarity, then export a video with the original and imported layers combined.

Use the audio you already prepared

The imported narration might come from Voice Memos, a recording app, System TTS, AI Text to Speech, or another audio workflow. Background music is optional, and the source video's audio can remain in the mix at any level.

Independent fill behavior matters when an audio file is shorter than the picture: looping repeats it, while stop-at-end leaves the rest of the video without that layer. Core mixing and export run on your device, and ClipFlow does not request microphone access for this workflow.
