Reverse Video · Whole or Partial

Make a video—or one moment—run backward.

Reverse the complete video, or mark a section and decide whether the output should keep the surrounding footage. Separate audio choices let ordinary sound play backward, forward, or not at all.

Direction, range, sound

How to reverse a video on iPhone with ClipFlow.

The range and output controls make a full reversal and a short backward moment two distinct workflows.

Step 1

Open one supported video

Select a video with one video track and a valid duration, then choose Reverse Video.

Step 2

Choose the reverse range

Reverse everything, or mark a partial range and keep the full video or output only that selection.

Step 3

Decide what happens to sound

For ordinary audio, choose reversed, forward, or muted sound, then generate and review the video.

Partial reversal without losing context

Keep Full Video leaves the footage before and after your selection in place while the chosen section runs backward. Selection Only creates a video from just the reversed range. A valid selection must contain at least two video frames.

Videos containing multiple video tracks are not supported by this tool. Spatial audio is always muted and removed from a reversed result; ordinary audio offers forward, reversed, and muted modes. Core reversal runs on your device and does not require ClipFlow Pro.
