Rotate / Flip · iPhone + iPad

Correct the direction—or mirror the complete picture.

Rotate a video left, right, or all the way around, mirror it horizontally, or flip it vertically. ClipFlow applies one clear transform to the complete recording.

Five complete-frame transforms

How to rotate or flip a video on iPhone.

Choose the operation that matches an orientation mistake, mirrored capture, or deliberate visual effect.

Step 1

Choose Rotate / Flip

Open a compatible video and enter ClipFlow's focused transform workspace.

Step 2

Select the operation

Mirror horizontally, flip vertically, rotate left 90°, rotate right 90°, or rotate 180°.

Step 3

Check the direction

Preview the transformed frame and generate a new video to save, share, or continue editing.

Rotation and reflection are different fixes

A 90-degree rotation swaps the output width and height, which corrects a clip captured sideways. A 180-degree rotation turns an upside-down image around. Horizontal mirroring reverses left and right, while vertical flipping reverses top and bottom without changing the canvas dimensions.

The transform applies across the full source duration, and source audio remains when present. Core rotation and flipping run on your device and do not require ClipFlow Pro.
